Whilst I had every intention to create a post on my 83rd birthday, life got in the way, circumstances prevented me from doing so.
Why?
Because I have been so busy.
No worries…being active at 80 is good…no it’s great!
So much has happened since my last post in June. Summer has whizzed past; we are now in the middle of autumn. In those three months, I organised and participated in projects, workshops and outings with the OLGBT group, organised and performed in concerts with NSDOS, as well as playing for services at Holy Trinity Church, Hartshill.
Instead of describing my activities in words, here is a sample of photos that provides a visual record of some of the things I’ve done.

Without doubt, the most memorable event since my last post was the joint venture between OLGBT and Potboiler Theatre, which culminated in a Cabaret style performance in the magnificent setting of Fenton Town Hall Ball Room. ‘Stories From the Heart’ had the audience in tears and laughing their socks off.
